So the shoe (above), a Merrell shoe, is similar to the shoes that I'm going to wear on the pilgrimage to Chimayo.  Walking from Bernal, NM to Chimayo, NM.  Six days.  120 miles (or thereabouts). It should be a wonderful change of pace from what I'm currently living.
